EMINENT 2009 speakers: Dov Winer
The EMINENT Conference gathers every year some of the most important experts, policy makers and stakeholders working within the educational and ICT fields. Dov Winer is a psychologist (Hebrew University) who specialized in Online Education and Training (University of London) and founded MAKASH in 1989 to advance ICT applications in education.
He participated in the development of the EUN Learning Resources eXchange through the projects ETB and CELEBRATE and by supporting MELT. He coordinates the Israel MINERVA forum for digitisation of culture and Israel participation in the ATHENA, a Europeana project. From 2010 he will serve as the scientific manager of a new project, Judaica Europeana.
