EMINENT 2009 speakers: Gintaras Steponavičius
Gintaras Steponavičius was born in Klaipėda, July 23, 1967.
He graduated at Vilnius University, Faculty of Law, and worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania. In 2000, He was elected to the Vilnius City Municipality Council. From 2000 to 2004 He was Deputy Speaker of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.
