This is John Crowley, star Kerry footballer, pictured in Croke Park, Dublin immediately after the All=Ireland Football Final 2004 in wfhich he played a leading role. John is a member of An Garda Siochana, the unarmed Irish Police Force and he will be liasing with our school and with many other schools in the weeks ahead.
When he visits we hope to upload a video a Schools-Garda liason activity.
To day we were doing some experimenting with Macromedia Flash Movies and we came up with this small step.hopefully it will be a step into animation.

It is very basic.
Select any object---Kerry crest in this case.
Open Flash Package.
Put Kerry crest on a Layer1
Create a MOTION TWEEN on Layer 1 from Frame 1 to let's say Frame 60, you can go to Frame 70,80,100 if you want a longer movie.
Add a Motion Guide layer. It will attach itself to Layer 1....our action layer
Select the PENCIL tool and draw a zig-zag line from the crest.
Preview your work and this is the result.
Save your work as a FLA file
Export it then as a SWF file.
It is now available for WWW uploading.
