Credit Union Quiz
On Saturday 1st March we travelled to the Hibernian Hotel, Mallow, for the Chapter12 Final of the Credit Union Quiz.
It was a most successful outing. At the end of 60 questions we had 55 correct answers and emerged as Chapter winners. We now have qualified for the National Final. This final will be staged in Dublin on Sunday 6th April next. We are looking forward to this major event.

We tried the quiz today in 4A. The pupils liked the concept. Fredrik chose twelve questions and read them first in English and then in Swedish. Our results were maybe not so brilliant but we had good fun any way.
In Sweden have a similar competition for our fifth grade pupils. It is called “Vi i 5an. The first competition is in the form of a national television broadcast. The best teams are then to take part in further regional competitions. So next year we will have our big go.
