Which were the benefits of the Energy is our Future school programme in 2007-2008?

In June 2008, a group of teachers representing all countries in the European Union and Candidate Countries were invited to list the most three relevant benefits of the Energy is our Future school programme. The top ten benefits of the programme would be:

*Encourage classes to produce Web-based content
*ICT use
*Language learning opportunities
*Raising awareness about energy efficiency, climate protection, resource efficiency
*Improving daily behaviour in terms of energy saving
*Team work opportunity
*Competition opportunities
*Chats
*Good practice examples
*Connecting classes to worldwide contemporary subjects such as climate change and energy challenges.
