Polish Tomato Soup - Zupa Pomidorowa

8 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup water
5 cups beef broth or chicken broth
2 tablespoons instant flour
1/4 cup cold water
salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1. Place the tomatoes, onions, butter and 1 cup water in a sauce pan and cook until the vegetables are soft.
2. Rub mixture through a seive or food mill.
3. Place in a soup pot, add broth and heat.
4. Combine flour and 1/4 cup cold water, add to the soup.
5. Add salt to taste and sugar and bring to a boil.
6. Remove from heat, add sour cream and dill.
7. Serve with cooked rice or croutons.

It is very very good recipe!
Take abundant vegetale food and is light for the stomach.
It is ideal for the summer.

The recipe is diferent . I like very much the tomato.
I try this soup but with some change ,without butter
with olive oil .

the polish tomato soup is one dish very sinple and good and always pleasant in at any time.

It is a easy recipe.This soup is perfect for summer. I will serve it cold with choped parsley on the top.
