I am a teacher of Spanish in a Swedish secondary school, seeking penpals in Spain for my enthusiastic students (13-16) who wish to mail and chat with Spanish fellow students about daily life issues, spare time projects, future prospects etc.

myEUROPE Blog
myEUROPE is a Web-based project
which aims to help teachers raise their pupils' awareness of what it means to
be a young citizen in Europe. By involving a network of more than 8000 schools,
the diversity of Europe is brought into the classroom via the Internet, since
the path to living together in Europe starts at school.
This blog was open following an initiative of the myEUROPE teachers and classes to express their solidarity to all the colleagues who were affected by the wildfires in South Europe and especially in Greece. The myEUROPE Blog continues the effort to bring teachers and students in Europe closer by publishing some of the emails that are exchanged on the myEUROPE mailing list.

Nous nous sommes croisés un jour dans un projet européen... We met once or more in different European projects...
With some schools from my area we organize a Preparatory Visit to apply for Comenius School Projects (Multilateral) about "the gardens, a transversal pedagogical tool to educate to environment protection"... or "landscapes" (environmental, musical,...)
Avec des écoles belges, nous organisons une visite préparatoire pour déposer deux ou trois projets Comenius scolaires de partenariats multilatéraux autour des thèmes "le Jardin, outil pédagogique transversal pour éduquer à la protection de notre environnement", "paysages musicaux ou environnementaux",...
Nous avons déjà des écoles primaires (6-12 ans) qui seront présentes mais nous voudrions élargir le partenariat et aussi avoir au moins un projet secondaire" (collège/lycée)...
We would like to have some more partners, from the primary education as well as from the secondary level...
We join a document in French with the programme of the PV...

We are a primary school (Nilüfer Koç İlköğretim Okulu) located in bursa, a historical city in the north west of Turkey. (We are registered to your web site) . We have been looking for a partner and have had some difficulties in finding one. We feel a little discouraged because we think that some countries ignore Turkey. Is that so? We are trying to be positive and we know that it can't be true for every country. Is it possible for you to help us find a partner that we could work with. ( We have tried myeurope and others).We are a good school that works on projects
