Spring Day 2006

Ogni giorno, specialmente d'estate, si possono notare animali che vagano tristemente per strade e piazze. Cercano di attraversare le strade evitando le macchine, affamati... in Italia possono ancora riuscire a bere dalle poche fontanelle gratuite rimaste agli angoli di paesi e città... Succede specialmente prima delle vacanze estive quando la gente vuole riposare e ritiene che gli animali siano un problema. Molto è già stato raggiunto per quanto riguarda i diritti degli animali e l'educazione degli esseri umani al rispetto. Molto deve ancora essere fatto non solo per gli animaletti domestici, ma anche contro la vivisezione. Malgrado possiamo comprendere che la ricerca e gli esperimenti sono importanti, essi non devono essere portati avanti alle spese delle creature della natura che soffrono e si battono per la vita.

Everyday, especially in summer, you can see animals wonder around streets and squares in a blue mood. They try to cross streets avoiding cars, lack food ... in Italy they can still manage to have a drink from the very few public free small fountains ... It happens mainly before summer holidays when people want to rest and think animals are a bother. A lot has already been made as regards animals' rights and human beings' education to respect. A lot still has to be done, not only for pets but also against vivisection. Although we can understand that research and experiments are important they must be done not at the expenses of nature creatures who suffer and struggle for life.
Is Europe doing something to fight this? To what extent? Please answer us as soon as possible
