Spring Day 2006

We are three boys of Piero Calamandrei Accountancy High School in Rome. In this period in our school there is a project aimed to spread his ideals. Unfortunately we noticed that nowadays, especially young people neglect those ancient moral values for which he fought all his life: peace and equality.
How much do we do to construct a future where we could feel part of a common nation, without any difference? Nowadays being in peace is the same as not being at war?? Do you feel totally in peace in your own countries?? Answer and let us know!

Hi! We’re three students of the Piero Calamandrei Accountancy High School in Rome. In our school in the afternoon on Thursday there is drama class and every year in May we make a performance. The object of our conversation is how some people, not particularly skilled to do something, together can do special things. OK, ok… We will explain what We mean: We’re not actors, like all the other guys who play drama with us, we forget the parts, we move ourselves badly and without spontaneity and we are so awkward…
But every year, together, we do a fantastic play. Everyone of us knows that we aren’t so good but he does the best he can do for himself and for us. And this is the secret to make a better world, we are boys and girls, without many values but with many faults, but together, with everyone that makes a piece of his knowledge we can do special things for us, for the others and for everyone.
So, why can’t the European Union invest more in school theatres that are so important?
Think about this!

We think that sport is a common point in young people’s life. Therefore people should be involved in sports such as volleyball and basketball because there's a bit of competition which never turns into hatred for the adversary, unlike soccer. Which are the sports that you practise the most in your schools? Does the agonistic spirit make one violent??
Young people must be educated to practice non-violent sport and the E.U. might help schools to pursue this aim.

Siamo tre ragazzi dell’Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Piero Calamandrei di Roma. In questo periodo nella nostra scuola è operativo un progetto finalizzato alla divulgazione delle dottrine dell’omonimo giurista.
Ai giorni nostri ormai, in particolare tra i giovani come noi, notiamo che vengono trascurati quei valori morali per i quali Calamandrei tanto si è battuto: pace e uguaglianza.
Quanto facciamo noi giovani per costruire un futuro dove tutti ci riconosceremo parte di un unico paese senza alcuna distinzione?Al giorno d’oggi essere in pace vuol dire non essere in guerra.. Vi sentite completamente in pace nei vostri paesi?

Les graffitis sont l’expression de rébellion du lieu. Avec leur forme de peinture murale sur les fenêtres au métro or des trains continuent à évoluer dans les rues. Les graffitis sont associés à la musique comme l’hip-hop et le rap. Beaucoup de jeunes font les graffiti pour mieux exprimer leur liberté et hurler au monde leurs capacités stylistiques et créatives. Selon moi les graffitis sont une forme d’art et sont extraordinaires à voir mais le droit des writers finit quand piétine le mien, c’est – à dire de peindre le mur de ma maison sans mon permis. Je veux dire avec cela que c’est beau montrer à quelqu’un que tu es un grand artiste en épanchant en manière créative tes émotions or parfois tes amertumes, mais il est aussi juste de respecter les choses qui nous entourent et n’appartiennent pas à nous. Je respecte les writers qui peignent sur les murs ˝permis˝ mais je n’accepte pas absolument les personnes qui font les graffiti sur les murs du centre historique parce qu’ainsi ils commettent des véritables actes de vandalisme. Pour se rapprocher aux jeunes gens l’Etat devrait mettre à leur disposition des lieux qui sont à eux et qu’ils peuvent griffonner.

Il est souvent difficile que les Institutions puissent arriver à comprendre, aider, partager les èmotions du citoyen. Est – il nécessaire d’imposer des lois pour faire respecter l’environnement ?
Faison l’exemple des tag de writing : qu’est – ce que c’est ?
Les murales, des writing sont des formes d’art exprimèes à couleurs par plusieurs : garçons et adultes. Elles sont souvent critiquées et considérées comme illégales par l’Etat, mais sont toutefois belles à observer et lire.
La mode "des ecritures sur mur" a origine en Amérique ou les bandes de garçons sans expoir avaient trouvé une forme artistique très particuilère pour montrer l’émotion, la rage, la peur, l’amour et la joie qu’ils eprouvaient. En allant dans une gare quelconque ou métro, sourtout en periphérie, nous pouvons observer les diverses types : les écritures qui denoncent les sentiments, les dessins pour peindre sa condition intérieure son propre état d’ame (ou seulement une signature ou un signe). Je pense que les murales sont une méthode pour s’exprimer mais qui doivent être faits dans des lieux opportuns.
