English: Europe@Home Photography Competition

The European People's Party (EPP) Group in the Committee of the Regions of the EU is committed to involving young people in the European project and has therefore decided to launch a photography competition entitled Europe@Home: Europe starts in our communities.

Participants between the ages of 15 and 28 are invited to take a photograph, which shows how Europe is viewed from the perception of young people in that city and/or region. The winners of the two cash prizes will also be invited to Brussels on the occasion of the EPP Summer University for Local and Regional Media on 10-11 June 2008 to collect their certificates. Furthermore, the photographs will be used in an exhibition at this event as well as in publications produced by the EPP Group in the CoR and the EPP Group website.
